CONSTANTINE REAL ESTATE was founded in 2018 to provide clients with honest and knowledgeable advice on the UK commercial property market, whilst providing access to primarily off-market opportunities in London.

About Us
Constantine Real Estate is a small, independent specialist practice which provides a personal service with creativity and integrity. We work with a select number of key clients who are well-known UK institutions, property companies and private equity funds.
Originally Constantine RE focused on acquiring and selling value-add opportunities for clients, specialising in central London offices. More recently we have expanded our advisory role to include Real Estate operating businesses in the hotel and serviced office sectors.

Pedro is the founder of Constantine Real Estate and has over 30 years experience in the industry. Outside of work Pedro can be found off-piste skiing in the Alps, playing golf, or occasionally surfing at his favourite beach, Constantine Bay in Cornwall.
